Amy has a passion for helping people thrive and live into meaningful joy and satisfaction from living, leading and communicating without fear and false perception. She thrives on helping others live and lead on purpose.
For more than 20 years, she has devoted herself to the study and practice of transformation. As a certified Executive Coach using expertise in transpersonal psychology, design thinking, interpersonal neurobiology, and Conversational Intelligence®. Amy has provided thousands of transformative experiences for individuals, executives, teams, and organizations.
Amy graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A in mathematics and has an M.A in transpersonal psychology from Sofia University. Today, she instructs at Stanford Continuing Studies and UC Berkeley Extension and works with the biggest names in tech, offering transformative leadership development and communication strategies to executives and teams around the world. When she’s not writing, researching, and speaking, Amy spends time in the Bay Area with her husband and two children.
